Pfizer at 610 Main Street, Cambridge, MA

Focus on Innovation, Collaboration, and Sustainability

LEED Gold Certified

The new 610 Main Street South building is now occupied by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a breakthrough leader in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, and other major illnesses. Just steps away from several MIT biomedical labs conducting research relevant to Pfizer’s interests, this multidisciplinary research facility will facilitate innovative MIT-Pfizer collaborations.

At this location, Pfizer will pursue groundbreaking research and development in its Neuroscience Research unit and its Cardiovascular, Metabolic, and Endocrine Diseases (CVMED) unit. The building’s design embodies the cooperative culture of Kendall Square through dynamic communal workspaces where Pfizer’s 1,000 onsite employees can innovate and solve problems together.

As a complex, the buildings at 610 Main Street South and North will contain a total of 500,000 square feet of state-of-the-art space, including offices, laboratories, an underground garage, and 10,000 square feet of retail on Main Street. The building has achieved LEED Gold certification.
